- All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Bahrain DET Dubai intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Voyage Repair Availability for a Military Sealift Command (MSC) Vessel. The requirement consists of twenty-five�work items. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation Procedures. Pursuant to FAR 5.202 (a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business at Jebel Ali Port, United Arab Emirates�as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). This is a 100% full and open competition with geographical�limitation to Jebel Ali Port, U.A.E. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) codes is J998. This acquisition will result in a single award for all work items. System for Award Management - By submission of a bid, the bidder acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the bidder does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered bidder. Bidders may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.beta.sam.gov. Offeror's questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer (Eric.Auffhammer@me.navy.mil) and the Contract Specialist (Cheryl.Geneciran.PH@me.navy.mil) in writing. All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted by 7�March 2021, 10:00 AM U.A.E�local time. Questions will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation. The due date for the submission of proposal is on 7�April�2021�10:00 AM U.A.E local time. The proposal receipt time will be strictly enforced.
