- 3/31/2021 UPDATE: The update is to provde the Industry Day Agenda and Map of Event Location. In addition providing RIA-JMTC Manufacturing Capabilities and Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) for Advanced Manufacturing Projects.�Please let Contract Specialist, Carrie Holub via email at carrie.l.holub.civ@mail.mil know by close of business on 05 April 2021 if wanting to have a one-on-one discussion at Industry Day. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) will be having an industry day on 07 April 2021 at 8AM Central Time for the Advanced Manufacturing Project.
