- Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: Digitalization, Globalization, and Sustainability and Wellbeing Description: The Office of the Secretary intends to award a Sole Source BPA contract for the Bureau of Economic Marshall Reinsdorf, 6709 Kerns Rd Falls Church, VA, 22042-4235, BEA has a requirement for technical expertise on the SNA research agenda on Digitalization, Globalization, and Sustainability and Wellbeing, to provide advanced training on the SNA; to work on prices, depreciation, and other technical aspects to improve the national accounts through use of big data, nowcasting, and other advanced measurement techniques. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. Marshall Reinsdorf is the only responsible source known to provide expert alternate measurement of economic wellbeing information, news, and insights. It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source BPA Firm Fixed Price type contract with a Base Year plus Four Option Years to Marshall Reinsdorf, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Requirement: Please see attached SOW Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, Marshall Reinsdorf is the only organization who can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by The Office of the Secretary, BEA. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Rosalyne Snow, Contracting Officer at rsnow@doc.gov by 12:00 PM EST on, April 15, 2021. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
