Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision and personnel to perform and complete the pipe replacement/conversion to PEX style supply lines in accordance with attached Statement of Work. �Work to include but not limited to:Remove and replace all visible domestic water lines in the crawl space and in the garage of D17 Coast Guard REPFAC facility. Install new Heat PEX line with 20 year warranty to each fixture with new valves.� Remove and replace all visible domestic water lines in the crawl space and in the garage. Install new Heat PEX line with 20 year warranty to each fixture with new valves. Contractor will isolate all domestic cold water to the USCG residential unit�building before work commences. Residence will be unoccupied, so no temporary water will be required. Install from main domestic water valve to each water fixture with stops. Replace Hot water heater supply line and install new laundry room water box. Install new ice maker water box behind refrigerator. Install 02 new tub/shower chrome valves. New Valves should be of similar style and material to existing valves. Install new water line supplies to 02 exterior hose bibs. All new pipes will be properly strapped and insulated to prevent damage from freezing conditions. Repair/replace all sheetrock behind shower valves and in around laundry room box. Contractor is not obligated to remove pipes that cannot be reached from the crawl space or in the garage areas. Contractor will furnish all permits needed to satisfy this project with the City of Juneau. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
