- Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) March 31, 2021 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation Services in support of the Corpus Christi VA Outpatient Clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas. 100% SDVOSB SET ASIDE This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to solicit quotes to provide non-personal Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) services in support of the VA Texas Valley Coastal Blend (VCB) Health Care System Corpus Christi VA Outpatient Clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas. This requirement supports VHA's mission by providing contractor support services to help bring the clinic into full planned operations that will provide health care services to Veterans. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated Period of Performance of (18) eighteen months. This project proposes to lease a new Outpatient Clinic in Corpus Christi, TX. This project is approximately 60,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) in addition to 327 parking spaces. The clinic is classified as an out-patient clinic and will allow an expansion to the current footprint for Primary Care, Geriatric Care, and Radiology. Clinical services to veterans will commence in December 2022. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) using FAR Part 12, 13 and 37. To be eligible for an SDVOSB set aside under VA s Veterans First Contracting Program, SDVOSBs must: be verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as SDVOSB (see https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ for details) and meet the small business size standard for NAICS 541614. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on Contract Opportunities for download on or about 30 April 2021. Potential offerors are advised that there may be truncated response time on the solicitation that will follow this Pre-Solicitation. Anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be 21 May 2021. Solicitation initial posting date and the closing date are subject to change as necessary.
