Original Post: The Regional Contracting Office � Bavaria, 928th Contracting Battalion is issuing a Solicitation to award a commercial, single award, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), Firm Fixed Price type contract for Waste Removal Services. Period of Performance (PoP): See attached PWS. BACKGROUND: The U.S. Army conducts joint multinational exercises at Slunj Training Area and Zadar Air Port, Croatia During this time, Waste Removal Services shall be required to support U.S. and partner forces.
