Description

Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract for maintenance, repair, construction and design-build services in support of the National Guard activities in the State of Michigan. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of a Base Award of two calendar years, and three one year option periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five calendar years. The total of individual task orders placed against this MATOC Program shall not exceed $48M. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Codes: 236210 and 237310, $39.5M is the small business size standard. Location: Michigan� Selfridge ANGB, MI Battle Creek ANGB, MI / Fort Custer Training Center, MI ALpena CRTC, MI / Camp Grayling, MI� The Government�s intent is to award a minimum of nine, and a maximum of twelve, contracts to offerors that are responsible and that submit proposals that are acceptable and reasonable. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. Persons intending on offering a proposal should attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit.
