RFI responses dated 20210115 attached herein. 11 JAN 2021-�Update: HAZMAT Report dated 22 June 2020, has been uploaded for reference. 08 JAN 2021- Amendment 1: Removes Clause 252.222-7999 (Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping), Updates CLIN 0002, Option CLIN 2001 and Option CLIN 2002; please reference attachment solicitation amend-01. The USPFO for New Hampshire is�issuing an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to remove and replace Building 149 and 256 built-up asphalt roof systems with new roof systems, at Pease ANGB, Newington, New Hampshire. The work to be performed includes the following principal elements: Installation of a new 20-year EPDM roof system, with an option for a PVC roof system; Removal and replacement exterior insulation under membrane system, removal and replacement of fascia, provision for all flashings and sealing of all penetrations and mechanical systems; Replacement of wood decking that has failed; Abatement of asbestos; and an option will be included for the replacement of ceiling tiles. The pre-bid conference is�scheduled for 20 January 2021, 9:00AM local time, location will be in the attached solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. All questions for the pre-bid conference and on the solicitation must be submitted by 12:00pm EST on 18 January 2021 via email to molly.a.vance.civ@mail.mil and amanda.m.bogue.civ@mail.mil. The bid opening date will be on 10 February 2021 as stated in the solicitation.�Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.beta.sam.gov.
