- ***Solicitation Amendment 0001 incorporates changes to the specifications, documents site visit attendees, and replaces the Bid Schedule.*** The following solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for the removal, fabrication, and replacement of six of the eight miter gate anchorages in the Main Lock Chamber at Lock and Dam 5A, near Fountain City, Wisconsin; six of the eight miter gate anchorages in the Main Lock Chamber at Lock and Dam 8, near Genoa, Wisconsin; and six of the eight miter gate anchorages in the Main Lock Chamber at Lock and Dam 10, near Guttenburg, Iowa. This procurement is solicited as a single solicitation with each Lock and Dam Anchorage project awarded separately.� Bidders have the opportunity to bid on one, two, or all three locations. The anticipated magnitude for each location is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, with a combined magnitude of more than $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The resulting contract(s) shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract(s). The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside.� No CD's or hard copies of this notice are available. Offerors are responsible for checking the Contracting Opportunities website for any update(s) to the Notice.
