COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION NOTICE 20th ENGINEER BRIGADE AND SUBORDINATE UNITS, FORT BRAGG Blanket Purchase Agreement Program � Class IX Equipment Repair Parts ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation notice, the Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), for Class IX equipment repair parts, component supplies, and equipment under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 336992 Military Armored Vehicle, Tank and Tank Component Manufacturing. The BPA is being solicited to all interested vendors on an unrestricted basis.� The small business size standard for this industry is 1,500 employees. Vendors shall provide Class IX equipment repair parts for the XVIII Airborne Corps and 20th Engineer Brigade and subordinate units on Fort Bragg, NC, Fort Stewart, GA, Fort Knox, KY and Fort Polk, LA. ALL vendors interested in providing equipment repair parts, component supplies, and equipment at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and various installations shall submit the required information included in this combined synopsis and solicitation. BPAs will be evaluated annually, when establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities. As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
