- The Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues the solicitation, W9098S21Q0047, for the procurement of 108, Electrical Contacts in accordance with drawing 12274275, with delivery to Rock Island, Illinois.in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This Solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the close date until 12 March 2021. The purpose of Amendment 0002�is to extend the close date until 31�March 2021, and to remove the small business set-aside.
