Description

As prescribed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Chromalloy New York (CAGE: 2D505) has been identified as the sole source provider for procurement of performance based repair and overhaul or remanufacture of commercial and non-commercial items identified below: 1) NSN: 2840-01-447-7793NZ is a 3rd stage turbine vane which redirects gas from HPT to 3rd blade;1) Material: Nickel Alloy; Dimensions: 4.6640� L x 4.6640� W x 4.6640� H, 1.0 lb; 2) 2840-01-445-5773NZ is a 3rd stage turbine nozzle vane (standard, non-FTIT or borescope) which directs exhaust gases within the Fan Drive Turbine from 3rd stage to 4th stage; Material: Nickel Alloy; Dimensions: 22.5� L x 20.36� W x 4.717� H, 2.0 lbs; 3) 2840-01-455-8431NZ is a 3rd stage turbine vane (FTIT) which delivers compressed air to the 3rd stage turbine blades, Material: Nickel Alloy; Dimensions: 3.5� L x 2.0 W x 5.0� H, 2.0 lbs; All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
