- Description
- Cibola National Forest, Sandia Ranger District has a requirement for Sandia Office Water Damage Rehabilitation. The intent of the project is to rehab water damages suffered at the Sandia District Office.� The interior offices suffered significant water damage due to a malfunctioning fire sprinkler system and water pipe failure. Damage to the interior included: carpet flooring along with vinyl base, and drywall.� �Repairs to the interior include reinstalling the 24x24 carpet tiles and vinyl base, installing new insulation, drywall including tape, texture and matching the existing paint.� The existing walls are metal studs. The bottom 2 feet of drywall have been removed for rehab. The repairs are necessary to restore and recommission the building to its original intent. Location � Sandia Ranger Office is located in Tijeras, NM on SR 337, from Albuquerque by traveling east on I-40 to the Tijeras Exit.� Follow SR 337 south for about one mile the office is on the left. The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price � Technically Acceptable.� The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after March 24 and will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov/ This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.� The Small Business size standard is 36.5M NAICS code 236118.��PSC � Z � Z2FA Repair or alteration of family housing The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.� Davis-Bacon wages apply. Payment and Performance bonds will be required over $30,000 and will be required 10 days after award. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
