- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) single source, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), intends to issue an order on a Sole Souce basis to Bigwood Systems, Inc., of Ithaca, New York, for the renewal of�the Voltage Stability Assessment real-time control center tool along with the study mode application.. This is not a request for competitive proposal/quotes. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated service may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
