- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 05 April 2021 for Medical and Public Affairs Photography Support services for the Naval Hospital, Jacksonville, FL. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract and will contain a period of performance that consists of a (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement is for a wide variety of medical and public affairs photography support using various digital (still and video) formats and graphics software for commercial, editorial, and medical applications. This includes patient medical and legal photography, digital photography to include macro photography, scientific and technical photography (ex: forensic, ceremonies, command portraits, special events, customer service, residency graduations and historic documentations) for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541922 with a small business size standard of $8M. The RFQ will be available on or about 05 April 2021 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and Contracting Opportunities Website at: https://beta.sam.gov/. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and/or Contracting Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory and all offerors must be listed as a small business under NAICS Code 541922. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
