- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 246-21-Q-0040 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-4. 100% Set aside Buy Indian, NAICS code 334111; the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Fifty (50) Personal Computers for the Lawton Indian Hospital. The Specifications are attached. 60 days ARO Price to include shipping Personal Computers in accordance with Specifications� $_______________ The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable. The evaluation will be based on technical and Price.� Must meet all the requirements as stated in the Specifications to be considered technically acceptable. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
