UPDATE****April 1st, 2021 The solicitation has been opened and amended to change the due�date to April 16, 2021 03:00pm PDT Change is due to availability of funds.� If you have already submitted a response to this solicitation, you will not be required to submit a new one. Everything in the solicitation remains the same. Questions can be emailed to Della.Koelling@USDA.gov The United States Forest Service, Tongass National Forest, requires eight (8) custom manufactured outhouse waste storage tanks. The Government contemplates awarding one (1) firm fixed price contract.� See attached: ""1240BF21Q0011"" for details, including product specifications. See Section (viii) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items for instructions on submitting quotes.� Solicitation in Advance of Funding: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
