- Description
- The Contractor shall provide a quantity of one (1) nitrogen generator and purifier system that meets the following requirements: � Provides nitrogen gas of at least 99.999 percent (%) purity at a constant flow of at least two (2) standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). � System must be wall-mountable with dimension less than: ��������� o Length of 120 inches, ��������� o Depth of 24 inches, ��������� o Height of 50 inches. � System must include a wall-mountable or free-standing receiving storage tank of dimensions less than: ��������� o 24 inches diameter, ��������� o 72 inches height. � System must produce less than 61 decibels (dB) noise level. � System must function with available, existing facilities of 110-VAC/15-A electrical power and 100 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of oil-free compressed air at 100 pounds per square inch (PSI). � System must include an oxygen sensor. � The contractor shall provide one (1) replacement oxygen sensor. � Sufficient air filter replacements for two (2) years of operation. � Deliver system to U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. � Provide factory startup assistance. � Warranty of at least 12 months.
