- Currently the Department of Logistics, Medical Maintenance Section at IACH does not have the capability or the equipment organically that can support IACH Pathology�s mission for drug testing patients.� The Period of Performance is 05 April 2021 to 30 September 2021 with four (4) option years.� MEDTOX Laboratories, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of this leased equipment and presently provides the required test panels, consumable parts and service of their leased equipment.� The Contract Specialist conducted research, and determined in order to not interrupt quality of care at IACH required leased equipment, which allowed the pathology department to have test results within the same day for the panel requesting.� At this time, MEDTOX Laboratories, Inc. is the only company leasing equipment for same-day testing.
