- SHORE ARMOR REPAIR DESIGN (A-E) REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS This is a Request for Qualifications from interested architecture and engineering firms in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6, Architect-Engineer Services. Interested firms meeting the requirements of this solicitation are invited to submit their qualifications on Standard Form SF-330 by email to capplegate@usgs.gov by the closing date and time indicated in Block 10. Late submissions will not be considered. Do not include any pricing information with your submission. Questions are due by email to the same address not later than 04/12/2021 at 0900 PDT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541310, Architectural Services, and associated size standard of $8.0 million apply to this announcement, as well as Product Service Code (PSC) C1PC, Architect & Engineering-Construction: Unimproved Real Property (Land). This immediate acquisition is set aside for participation by small business concerns (total small business set-aside); there is no incumbent small business contractor. The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of performance and/or delivery dates are estimates only.
