Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 724th Expeditionary Air Base Contracting Squadron at Air Base 201, Agadez, Niger-Africa intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to AVLite, LLC for the acquisition of I-LuxTM Size3 Style2 LED Length3 Single Face with 24V Solar Power Supply c/w x2 190W solar panel, x4 250Ah battery,regulator, and enclosure. w/ RF control. Frangible Grount Mount. IAW FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. AVLite, LLC �is the only responsible source that can immediately satisfy the Government�s requirement.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335129. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
