- Amendement 0003 dated April 2, 2021. 1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date from April 5, 2021 to April 6, 2021, and time from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST. Amendment 0002 dated March 30, 2021. 1. The purposes of this amendment is to add new vendor�questions and Government response dated 3/30/2021. Amendment 0001 dated�March �25, 2021. 1. The purpose of this amendment is to Remove PWS v2 and add Revised PWS v3�dated 2/24/2021. and answers vendor questions submmitted. a.�See attached Revised PWS, v3�and Questions and Responses. 1. General Information This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LQ-21-Q-0007 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03, effective 16 February�2021. This procurement is being issued set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Small Business, under NAICS code 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $15M.� Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until fuds are made available, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) is seeking to conduct two (2) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) will be conducting a Collective Training Exercise during FY 21 at Fort Pickett maneuver Training Center, Blackstone, Virginia for the following unit: 34th CBRNE, Period of Performance (PoP) dates First training exercise (PoP) start on April 23rd to April 25th 2021. Second training exercise (PoP) start on August 26th to August 31th, 2021.� The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror who is able to meet all requirements in accordance with the PWS, and offers the lowest overall price to the government. Multiple awards will not be made. In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Vendor are responsible to ensure the representations, and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. The Performance work statement (PWS) included as an attachment to this announcement, or subsequent amendment, will be made a part of any resulting award. 2. Communication with the Government Questions: Please submit written questions via email ONLY to the contracting specialist at magmo.g.orellanaalvarado.civ@mail.mil. Questions will be received up to 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time on March 18, 2021. Questions received telephonically and/or after the designated closing time will NOT be considered or answered. Quote Submission: Quotes shall be received no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on April 5, 2021.� All quotes shall be submitted via email to magno.g.orellanaalvarado.civ@mail.mil. Quotes submitted other than via email� WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Offerors are responsible for submitting electronic offers by the solicitation due date and time. Offers received after the solicitation due date and time are considered late and will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). 3. Submission Requirements: Prospective vendors must submit the following information with their quote package.� Failure to submit one or more of the required documents may render the submission unresponsive. Price (using CLIN Structure). Past Performance �Submit at least three (3) reference for the same or similar work completed in the past eighteen (18) months with the government or commercial entities. The Following information shall be submitted with each reference.
