- The purpose of this amendment is to post additional answers to questions from vendors, post the Davis Bacon Act�CA20210025 and extend the solicitation.� All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of this amendment is to update Section C, add attachments, provide answers to the questions from industry and to extend the solicitation date. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation date as well as update the site survey date and vendor question submission date.� It also identifies new COVID Restrictions for the base.� All other terms and conditions remain the same. All interested parties/offerors that wish to attend the site visit on�10�March 2021 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division shall submit the documents attached to the�beta.sam posting by�16��February 2021 10:00 AM Pacific.� The address of the site visit is 1999 Fourth Street, Norco, CA ....See instructions below. Due to COVID Restrictions, vendors and their personnel must be located within 60 miles of NSWC Corona.� Vendors and personnel from outside this radius will require a 2 week restriction of movement (ROM) within the radius before being granted access to the base. For visitors with NO CAC: Fill out SECNAV 5512, read instructions on attached pdf, send 5512 back to recipients as sponsor and admin (Aumia) SAFE ARMDEC (IF NON NAVY): https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Default.aspx and bring two forms of proper ID day of visit (Prefer License and Passport). Attached California id will NOT be accepted, since it says ""Federal Limits Apply"" in top right hand corner.� Any site visit attendance requests submitted after�16�February 2021�10:00 AM Pacific will not be accepted. The vetting process and the information received is mandatory for gaining entry on NSWC, Corona Division installation during the site visit. Companies/individual(s) not on the entry list will not be allowed to do the site visit. Entry will only be permitted for Companies/individual(s) that pass the vetting process. During the Site Visit: All personnel will have an escort at all times. No questions will be addressed/answered during the site visit. All questions regarding the site visit shall be submitted via email to Graham Conlon by�11�March 2021 1:00 pm Pacific. The site visit will last approximately one hour. All questions regarding the site visit after�11�March�2021 1:00 PM Pacific will not be addressed. Not attending the site visit will not preclude interested offerors from submitting a quote. �Quotes shall be received by�16�March 2021 4:00 PM Pacific. The Government is not responsible for any costs associated with the site visit. Including companies/individual(s) that submit a site visit request before the date requested that cannot pass the vetting process. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04/1-19-2021 The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and the clauses at 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition; no addenda are attached. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.� Quotes are due no later than�the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format�to the email address in the posting. � Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.� No telephone requests.
