Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Vermont City:South Burlington Delineated Area: South Burlington City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):55,827.80 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):55,827.80 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):249 Surface Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured):7 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Additional Requirements: Buildings located within any type of Manufacturing, Industrial, Warehouse, Retail or similar Zoned area is not acceptable Location within � safe walkable mile to public transportation with one or more bus stops or combination of bus and train stops Space adjacency requirements including but not limited to � ground level security screening area, separate public and employee entrances Offered space must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements including, but not limited to, fire safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Offerors shall be responsible for providing a standard GSA warm lit shell. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than April 5, 2020 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: Building name and address? Location of space in the building and date of availability? Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF? ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF? Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space? Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
