- The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to�award a sole source contract to,�GraphPad Software LLC.,San Diego, CA. 92108�.�This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1.�Prisim Group Corporate Yearly annual subsrciption renewal.��Is a�statistical software�program that�has been�approved and mandated�by the Defense Health Agency to be used�on�all Medical networks,�It is being used by approx.125 researchers throghout the medical community.�This software is�widely used by other research institutions such as NIH thus making data sharing among collaborators easy and possible,� (QTY 1/YR for 125 users) The NAICS code for this action is 511210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems For Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offers must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number.
