The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Eastern Regional Research Center, Wyndmoor PA., requires a service contract to maintenance a Waters Synapt Mass Spectrometer Instrument, (#UAA237). The primary objective of issuing this Combined Synopsis Solicitation to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing maintenance service for a Waters Synapt Mass Spectrometer Instrument, (#UAA237). The vendor will be required to service and repair the equipment using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and specifications.
