Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons(FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Fl, located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman Florida 33521, is soliciting for the aquisition of two industrial clothes washer/extractors.� The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).� The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 335220, with a small business size standard of $ 7.5 million.�� In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System with Management Award (SAM) database.��The website for registration is www.sam.gov.� The vendor is to supply and install them for the FCI Medium within the Correctional Complex.� The two washers/extractors would have to be exact match and must be 140 lb capacity.� The washer/extractor FCC Coleman is soliciting for are Milnor model number 42026V6Z.� If the vendor is submitting anything other than exact match as it is specificed in the statement of work (SOW), per FAR 52.211-6 for all other than exact match, contractors must document what they are bidding for evaluation for award. Contractor must include, extended specifications and/or manufacturer name and part numbers (if applicable). Failure to do this may result in non-consideration of the Bid/Proposal/Quotation. This information is REQUIRED in order for a contractor�s Bid/Proposal/Quotation to be evaluated for award.� The solicitation will be open from April 5, 2021 until April 8, 2021 and all solicitations must be turned in no later than 12:00 pm, EST.�All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. �Any questions regarding this solicitation have to be sent via e-mail to the following address: smuniz@bop.gov and tlarge@bop.gov.� Furthermore, all proposals with picture of washer/extractor have to be submitted via email to smuniz@bop.gov and tlarge@bop.gov.� The Statement of Work (SOW) can be downloaded from the attachment section.� Additionally, The vendor needs to send pictures of the washer/extractor with their�proposal. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� This solicitation is being posted with a Set Aside for Small Businesses.�
