- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for the purchase of the following adult vaccines, at the estimated quantities listed, manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Hepatitis A adult vaccine Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months Fed. Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose Maximum: 1,000,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses Hepatitis B adult vaccine Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months Fed. Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose Maximum: 375,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses Hepatitis A & B combination adult vaccine Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months Fed. Excise Tax: $1.50 per dose Maximum: 275,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses Pneumococcal Polysaccharide vaccine Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months Fed. Excise Tax: N/A Maximum: 500,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids vaccine for adults Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months Fed. Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose Maximum: 500,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses Serogroup B Meningococcal vaccine Min. Shelf Life:� 12 Months Fed. Excise Tax:� $0.75 per dose Maximum:� 200,000 doses Minimum:� 100 doses All vaccines are required to be delivered within 15 business days after receipt of order. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. destination, as directed by delivery orders. The period of performance shall be July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The vaccines awarded under these contracts will be purchased for NCIRD's immunization awardees (the fifty state health departments, several large city programs, and current and former U.S. Territories) to support adult immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 15 procedures. Please find the solicitation attached to this notice. Offers shall be submitted by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 19, 2021. Any inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Joshua Houston at pkf5@cdc.gov and Pellumbeshe Hoxhaj at kfx2@cdc.gov no later than April 12, 2021 at 5:00 PM EST.
