- Attached is Solicitation SPE601-21-R-0303, Amendment 0003�to extend�the close date to April 9, 2021 at 10:00 A.M (CDT) for the following locations ONLY:� Scott AFB, IL � � � 2.� Peoria ANG, IL The following documents are required for submission: 1.���Completed SF 1449 to include company name, CAGE code, signature and annotate prices for Locations/CLINs your company will submit offer(s) on. 2.���Written technical proposal or complete Attachment B- Aerospace Contract Text, pages 11-13 and respond to Technical Capability questions. 3.��Completed Attachment B- Aerospace Contract Text, Section K-0003 K33.01 Authorized Negotiators. 4.��Completed fill plant/point information on Attachment D, QAP 33.10 Manufacturing and Filling Points (AEROSPACE) or Supply Commitment Letter from owner of fill plant. 5.��Completed Attachment E- Contractor Performance Data Sheet. 6.��Completed Attachment G Excel spreadsheet titled �Pricing WorksheetSPE601-21-R-0303� provided as part of the solicitation. Quoted prices shall not exceed second decimal place, failure to comply will result in Contracting Officer rounding price to second decimal place. 7. Signed SF-30 solicitation amendment 0001, 0002, and 0003.
