Description

The objective is to use AnyLogic Software for agent-base Modeling (ABM) to build a virtual lab and simulate substances� spread, use, misuse, overdose, and trends. The AnyLogic simulation software shall provide the agent-based modeling (ABM) simulation methodology to evaluate how emerging drugs of misuse, such as OPIOIDS may spread through a drug using population by incorporating real world data from FDA, and the cities in Fairfax county, Virginia into the simulation software. The contactor shall provide Anylogic Software License which covers the following: Software shall be able to handle large number of agents Software shall implement different type of agents and specify agent behaviors Software shall provide great flexibility on modeling and implementation Software shall have strong simulation functionalities Software shall have rich data visualization capabilities Software shall be capable of building complex models, i.e., 3-D Maintenance and support shall be included in the first year of software purchase License shall be in perpetuity � Maintenance/Technical Support Shall provide support via telephone and/or web conference Mon. through Friday during established business hours. Licenses shall include maintenance, support, and any upgrades necessary to maintain the system.
