- Description
- The Pacific Ecological Systems Division (PESD) of the United States (US) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD), Center for Public Health and Environmental Assessment (CPHEA), located in Corvallis, OR has a requirement for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide on-site technical support for research activities at PESD. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, materials, supplies, and vehicles required to support the types of research outlined on the website https://www.epa.gov/aboutepa/about-pacific-ecological-systems-division-pesd. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% set aside for small business. Specific requirements will be identified in written task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. In addition to rates, the Government's evaluation of proposals will include an assessment of each offeror's technical capability and past performance.
