- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION: Site Preparation for AMARG Tension Fabric Structures This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487721QA001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 effective 16 February 2021 , Defense Procurement Notice 20210115, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019 This government is soliciting under full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238910 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00 average annual revenue. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001: Site support for AMARG tension fabric structures������ QTY: 1 ������������ UI: LOT �Please refer to the requirement specifications in the attachments for clarifying details. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Project Specifications and drawings. We will evaluate all responsive quotes. Final selection will be based on supplying quotes in accordance with attachment sections L and M. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Base authorization requests are due by 15 March 2021, 10:00 AM. Send authorization requests to 1Lt. Rachel Quinn at: rachel.quinn.3@us.af.mil, and Matthew St. Thomas at: matthew.st_thomas@us.af.mil A Site visit is tentatively scheduled for 25 March 2021 at 2:00 PM. RFI�s are due on 26 March 2021 at 2:00 PM All quotes shall be submitted by 12 April 2021 at 2:00 PM It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ.
