- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, administration, and services necessary to remove, dispose of, and install floor coverings and accessories as specified.� The work occurs in 301D at Offutt AFB NE.� Offutt AFB is located approximately ten miles south of downtown Omaha, Nebraska. It is the intent of the Government to award this contract without a site visit.� However, if a site visit is requested by a majority of the interested contractors then�the Government may reconsider.� �The measuements in the attached layout document are accurate. See the attached PWS for details.
