- This is a SOLICITATION for the rental of (3) High Pressure Air Compressors to support the�Norfolk Naval Shipyard.� The work will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth VA 23709. The solicitation number is N4215821Q0022.� The evaluation of quotes submitted in response to this solicitation will be conducted employing a lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The NAICS code is 532490 and the small business size standard is $35,000,000. The Government requests responses from qualified sources fully capable of providing the required services that are identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this solicitation are due by 11:00 am EST on 16 April 2021.� The quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days (at minimum).
