- The solicitation is not yet available Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract, to rent (3)�Three High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) Free Air Delivery (FAD) of at least 85 SCFM of air at a pressure of 5,000 PSIG in support of the USS DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER, CVN-69. The service is required 24 hours a day/ seven days a week. Any break in service can be detrimental to Dry Dock Operations. The requirement is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Part 13, and supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.� � The requirement will be solicited as a set-aside for Small Business.�The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 532490, Equipment Related services with a size standard of $35M and the Product Service Code is W043. The anticipated period of performance for this acquisition is 03 August 2021 through 30 June 2022 with the option to extend the contract for successive months through�01 Jan 2023. The solicitation, any other documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. Once the solicitation is available, it will be posted to BETA.SAM, https://beta.sam.gov/.�The solicitation is expected to be available approximately 06�April 2021. Solicitation N4215821Q0022 and subsequent amendments will be posted to the BETA.SAM website.� Prospective Offeror's are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for frequently monitoring the BETA.SAM website for solicitation amendments. The Government is not responsible for the inability of the Offeror to access posted solicitation documents.� Prospective Offeror's should also register at BETA.SAM on the interested vendor list under N4215821Q0022.�No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hardcopy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Government.� By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
