Description

The 501st Combat Support Wing has a requirement for repairing, resufacing, and repainting roadways and car parks at RAF Molesworth.�� Notice to Offeror(s)/Suppliers: This is a pre-solicitation notice only.� A formal solicitation is not being issued at this time, however the anticipated solicitation issue date will be on or after 15 May 2021. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No solicitation nor award will be made under this�notice until funds are available. The Government reserves theright to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this notice, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. General Information: The scope of work involves, but is not limited to: milling, overlaying, painting, striping, and jointing.� Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for more details. Completed works must comply with British Standard BS EN 13108-5.� Where British standards conflict with American standards, the more-stringent standard shall take precedence. Offerors must be Authorized Persons, in accordance with UK Ministry of Defence Joint Standard Publication (MoD JSP 375),�Management of Health and Safety in Defence,�Volume 3 Chapter 2: Common Requirements. Site Visit: �A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 15�April at 0900 British Summer Time.� Interested vendors must submit names of attendees no later than 72 hours in advance.� No more than three attendees from each company may attend.� Attendees must have a valid government-issued ID, consent to a background check.� Attendees must also wear a face mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines. At a minimum, attendees must supply identification that lists: Full Name Date of Birth Citizenship Make and Model of Vehicle Vehicle Registration Number Driving License Failure to provide any of the requested information will result in refusal of base access.
