Description

The Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Brand Name Brand Name 1000KW MTU�Emergency Back-up Generator replacement.� Pricing shall include installation, removal, training & shipping, and trade-in of existing equipment (if applicable).� Review SOW. There will be a Site Visit for this requirement. ***Note*** Hold all questions during the visit and post them electronically as stated in the RFP.� This is a 100% Small Business set a-side. The Government intends to make one award from responses received. This action is a Brand-Name justification for an MTU 1000KW backup generator replacement. �This request was submitted and approved pursuant to the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and 41 U.S.C. 1901,� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. �FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) Application for brand-name descriptions.
