06 APR 2021-�Amendment 01: Response to RFI's & Answers. See Attachment W50S8A-21-Q-0002_RFI Tracker 06April2021 Updated BOM V2 06 April 2021. The�New Hampshire National Guard�is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-21-Q-0002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337211 � Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business with an exception for 8.602(a)(4)(ii). If Federal Prison Industries quote is determined to be best value than the set-aside is void and the solicitation is unrestricted. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be 302 Newmarket Street, Building 253, Newington, NH 03803. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH National Guard requires the following items (Basis of Design): CLIN 0001: Bill of Materials(BoM) and Product Specifications, 1 JOB, the contract is responsible for procuring all item listed in the Bill of Materials (BoM).� As needed, the contractor is responsible for storing the deliverables during the installation process.� The contractor shall coordinate and sub contract for all required services to install all of the items.� It is the responsibility of the contractor to pay all sub-contracts. The Product Specifications attachment details the products Salient Characteristics. �All quoted products will be evaluated on conforming to the Salient Characteristics identified in the Product Specifications attachment. CLIN 0002: Installation, 1 JOB, The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to install all products listed in the Bill of Materials. Installation is the sole responsibility of the contractor. Delivery Date: 90 days Preferred After Date of Contract Site Visit: The Government will hold a site visit on 22 March 2021 beginning at 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). for the purposes of questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at the New Hampshire Air National Guard, Bldg. 253, Pease ANGB, NH. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit and All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit. Email the following information for all attendees to the following address: Molly A. Connelly at sean.m.connolly1.mil@mail.mil Firm Name and Telephone Number Visitor�s Name Driver�s License Citizenship This information must be provided in advance, not later than 5 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base and conference site and ensure adequate seating for the conference attendees. Even if you have access to the base you must register to ensure adequate seating. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government�s denial of your access to the pre-proposal conference. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site. Visitors must be escorted onto base through the Installation�s Contractor Entry Gate prior to arrival. The Contractors & Visitors will meet in the parking lot right outside the Main Gate and once all Contractors have arrived and signed-in, a Government person will escort everyone through the Contractor Entry Date. You will be required to present a Valid Driver�s License information upon arrival. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such. Please note that masks and social distancing is required to go on site. Additionally, due to COVID-19, Security will ask the following questions as we drive through the gate: In the last 14 days, have you had any contact with a known positive COVID-19 individual? In the last 14 days, have you traveled outside the country or traveled to high risk COVID-19 areas such as New York City? In the last 72 hours, have you had the following signs and symptoms: fever, cough, chest tightness or difficulty breathing? If any of the answers these questions are a ""yes"", you will likely be denied access to the base and unable to attend the Site. Information provided at this conference or site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via posting at http://www.BETA.SAM.gov.
