- Description
- The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office � Miami is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for News Monitoring Services. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Public Affairs office is required to provide media content analysis. The media content analysis is an assessment of news coverage, the media's agendas and an analysis and prioritization of the potential strategic and operational issues confronting the command. The media content analysis assesses what is being said, by whom, and how it is being presented. In addition, the content analysis can reveal the meaning, tone, and accuracy of messages, how the information was presented, and the cumulative effect of the information about the command. This information is used to assist the USSOUTHCOM Commander better understand the strategic context, which is a measurement of success for the command and the United States Army. A draft Performance Statement of Work (PWS) is attached for review. (Attachment 1) Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 1:00pm, EDST, 14 April 2021.
