Description
This is a Sources Sought Notification as a means of conducting market research for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. Any requests for a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Branch, Fort Carson, CO has an upcoming requirement for Radiopharmaceuticals for Evans Army Community Hospital, Nuclear Medicine Department located on Fort Carson, CO. This request is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed- Priced contract. The following radiopharmaceuticals are anticipated: Tc-99m Sestamibi; Tc-99m Cardiolite; Tc-99m��� Myoview; Tc-99m Medronate; Tc-99m Mebrofenin; I-123 NaI 300 - 500 uCi; I-123 NaI 2 - 3 mCi; Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid in Egg (1 mCi); Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid; Tc-99m Filtered Sulfur Colloid; Tc-99m Mertiatide; Tc-99m Macro Aggregated Albumin; Tc-99m MAA Reduced Particle; Tc-99m Pentetate; Tc-99m NaTcO4 mCi; Tc-99m NaTcO4 200 mCi; Tc-99m NaTcO4 100 mCi; Tc-99m NaTcO4 50 mCi; I-131 NaI (1-5 mCi); I-131 NaI Ablation Capsule (10 - 200 mCi); Xe-133 gas; Tc-99m Ceretec; In-111 Pentetreotide (Octreoscan); In-111 tagged WBC; In-111 or Tc-99m tagged WBC Blood Kit (Heparin); Tc-99m tagged WBC Ceretec; Ga-67 Gallium Citrate; Tl-201 Thallous Chloride; I-123 Iobenguane Sulfate; C-14 Urea Test Kit; Gd-153 Auto-QC Line Source for Symbia S 10 mCi; Co-57 Auto-QC Point Marker for Symbia S 50 uCi; Co-57 PenPoint Marker 200 uCi; Co-57 Point Marker 50 uCi; Cs-137 Dose Calibrator QC source; Ba-133 Dose Calibrator QC source; Co-57 Dose Calibrator QC source; Co-57 Sheet Source; Pyrophosphate; UltraTag Kit; Mebrofenin Vial; Sincalide Vial; Venti-Scan IV Kit 24"". Salient characteristics required of the radiopharmaceuticals: �All products shall be produced by a licensed Nuclear Pharmacist Nuclear Pharmacy shall be certified to operate in the state of Colorado Nuclear Pharmacy staff shall be authorized/trained to transport radioactive materials for medical use to an Army Medical Treatment Facility Nuclear Pharmacy has the ability to fulfill orders for various radiopharmaceutical supplies in a timely manner before the radioactive material decays below +/- 10% of the prescribed dose STAT/emergency doses to be delivered within two (2) hours of ordering due to the short half-life of the radioactive materials used The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325412 �Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these contract supplies, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name/CAGE Code, address, POC email address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statement shall address the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED.� To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information.� Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
