- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Urinalysis with Microscopy Analyzer with reagents, supplies, and service Cost per Reportable Result (CPRR) at a firm fixed price for VA Southern Nevada Health Care System for an anticipated 5 year BPA. Brand Name or Equal to Beckman Coulter Iris. Salient Characteristics: - Ability to test for chemistry - Ability to provide microscopy via digital images; auto-classification; morphology - On screen verification- shows microscopic findings, and digital classification - Ability to interface to Laboratory Information System (LIS) - Little to no downtime in time required to perform maintenance procedures - Minimal daily maintenance - Throughput of minimum 200 samples per hour - Vender to perform Preventative Maintenance ***See attached Statement of Work*** RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, DUNS #, Cage Code Capabilities Statement Contract number (if applicable) Place of Manufacturing Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 334516 and Small Business Size Standard 1,000 employees Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If applicable) *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses that meet the Non-manufacturer Rule are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below.
