Description
Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this sources sought notice in order to identify entities that have the resources and capabilities to provide web-based surveys and questionnaires for the War Related Illness & Injury Study Center (WRIISC) for the Washington DC VA War Related Illness & Injury Study Center (WRIISC). Description of Work: See DRAFT Performance Work Statement below. Technical Qualifications: Contractor is required to have a valid security clearance to include Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) certification and authority to operate (ATO). The Contractor must be able to provide basic survey questions and functionalities of the tool that are fully compliant with Section 508 (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1973) and user friendly for disabled recipients. The information system solution selected by the Contractor must comply with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from companies that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your: 1. Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number & email address). 2. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing Radiation Safety Officer services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar healthcare facilities. 3. GSA contract number, if applicable, including the contract s ultimate completion date inclusive of all remaining option periods. 4. Ballpark cost estimate of what the DC VAMC could expect to pay your company to perform the work described above per year. Responses must be submitted by 11:00 AM (EST) April 14th, 2021. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to Rachael.Hallock@va.gov. This request for information/sources sought notice is for planning purposes ONLY. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.). VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice.
