- Solicitation Number SPE4A621RX348 Solicitation will result in a Commercial Indefinite Delivery Contract IAW FAR 13.5, having a base period of three years plus two one-year option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be December 11, 2020. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price.
