- TITLE: F1Z50V1012AW01, BOINGO WIRELESS SERVICE The 17th Contracting Squadron, Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to BOINGO Wireless. The required services to be purchased are: Immediate Wireless Internet Services for COVID-19 Tele-Education with the capability to implement WPA2 encryption, content filter, and network monitoring. This procurement is to supply wireless service on existing BOINGO Wireless Infrastructure in Goodfellow Dormitories for a period of one (1) year. 1 May 2021 � 1 May 2022 APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order�lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this Intent to Sole Source is 12 April 2021 at 1:00 P.M. Central Time. The anticipated award date is 26 April 2021.
