- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to implement changes to the RFQ, Price list�and update dates for submission of questions and quotes. The closing date is now 30 April 2021 at 3:30 PM Arizona Time Question Suspense Date � The deadline for questions will be Friday, 16 April 2021 by 3:30 p.m. Arizona Time Responses to questions will be posted Tuesday, 20 April 2021 by 3:00p.m. Arizona Time. (2) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S-21-Q-0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, Dated 10 March 2021 (4) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811111 - General Automotive repair with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $8 Million. (5) The Arizona Air National Guard intends to establish two (2) or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with qualified entities, capable of providing golf cart maintenance services at Morris Air National Guard Base and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.� Any resultant BPA(s) will be valid for a period of up to five (5) years.� There is no minimum guaranteed quantity.� The expected award date is 05 May 2021. Please note that a BPA is not a contract.� A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring products or services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources that are readily available and thus eliminate the need for repetitive costly re-procurements. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
