ADDENDUM 3 AND AMENDMENT 3 NOTICE:� Please see Addendum 3 to the SOW Dated 6 April 2021. This Addendum further defines the SOW in certain areas. Please see Amendment 3 that states the new quote due date. Please be sure to acknowledge all addendums and amendments when submitting your new quote. ADDENDUM 2 AND AMENDMENT 2 NOTICE: Please see Addendum 2 Dated 1 March 2021. This Addendum updates the statement of work. Please see Amendment 2 that extends the quote due date. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please see the posted responses to questions 87-97. This is the final set of questions for this requirement. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please see the posted�responses and pictures�to questions 3-86. ADDENDUM 1 NOTICE: Please�see�Addendum 1 Dated 19 February 2021. This Addendum updates the statement of work. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Questions 3-86 have been posted. The posted questions are unanswered at this time due to the large amount we have received. Once�questions 3-86�have been answered an updated version will be posted.�Please see the questions�to ensure that there are no duplicate questions asked. �No additional questions will be accepted at this time untill after the site visit is held. Please be sure to read the most updated solication in its entirety and all notices. AMENDMENT 1 NOTICE:�Please see Amendment 1 Dated 18 February 2021 that extends the RFQ due date and adds a�site visit. This notice supersedes all previous notices. IMPORTANT NOTICE:� This is a reminder to inquire about the site visit scheduled for 17 February 2021. If you are interested in attending�the site visit, please email Aisha Adams�(aisha.adams@us.af.mil) by�16 February 2021 3:30 PM�CST. Any inquiries after this time will not be considered for the site�visit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621Q0034 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and DFARS change notice 20210115. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 561622 and the size standard is $20,500,000.00. This is a requirement for CAC Enabled Doors as stated in the attached package.
