- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to complete the Daily Restroom and Daily Recreation Area Cleaning at Elm Brook Park and the weekly Area Cleaning at the Everett Dam Recreation Area. Annual Spring and Fall Clean-Up requirements shall also be required at both locations. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
