- Description
- The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) FA465921Q0013 for a commercial service of Oil Water Separator at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. The contractor is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials (other than those specified as furnished by the Government), and supervision necessary to perform Oil Water Separator Services on a monthly basis, and in accordance with the performance work statement. A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 27�April 2021. The solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded with a base period of 1 July 2021- 30 June 2022, with four, twelve (12) month option periods to follow. The total period of performance, given all options exercised, will be 1 July 2021- 30 June 2026. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection, and the small business size standard is $38.5M. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. An RFQ will be issued via beta.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking beta.sam.gov to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database or their proposal MAY NOT be considered for award.
