GSA Public Buildings Service Project 9CA3096 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:California City:Santa Ana Delineated Area: N: Washington Avenue S: 3rd Street E: Main Street W: Flowers Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):6,000 Space Type:Office � Law Enforcement Parking Spaces:9 (Structured & Reserved) Full Term:10 years Firm Term:10 years Additional Requirements: Offered spaces shall/have: 1. Unrestricted building access 24 hours a day,7 days a week for Law Enforcement Agency 2. Not be on the ground floor � top floors will be considered if no other floors available 3. Not be on the same floor or floor above/below foreign government offices 4. Contiguous on a single floor or floors 5. Not be located in window space that is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, public parking, mezzanines, or directly above the loading dock area 6. 24 hour building security system 7. Allow for Government CCTV cameras at entrance/exists and/or Government occupied floor hallways 8. Secured HVAC air intakes. Restricted access to roof, fan rooms, and utility rooms 9. Allow installation of ground and/or rooftop antenna and associated equipment 10.Freight or public elevator that can be keyed off of temporary exclusive use from ground or garage to office space floor 11.Non-public parking structure loading area or building loading dock 12.Minimum 50 foot setback from public parking 13.Controlled access adjacent parking structure (within one block). No overnight public parking. 14.Under building parking with strict access control will be considered. No public parking. 15.Restricted loading dock access 16.Capability for Fire Detection and Suppression Systems Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Santa Ana, CA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. � Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
