- Description
- The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for Construction for the Flatwoods Job Corps Center, Coeburn, VA. The work consists of multiple building roofing, siding, and window replacement. The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through the Beta.Sam website at https://beta.sam.gov/ on or around April 22, 2021. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Beta.Sam website. �Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Beta.Sam website. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238160. The size standard is $16.5. This requirement is being solicited under FAR 15 � Contracting by Negotiation as authorized by FAR 15.000, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 15.101-1. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
